Similar to furnaces HP-25, HP-50 and HP-100 with different electronic controls.
The muffle is mounted in an 18/8 stainless steel box, as this is the most suitable material to withstand the tough temperature demands in units of this type.
A long-lasting ceramic muffle with built-in electric heating elements is also equipped within.
There are three versions with different capacities to cater for the needs of all laboratories.
A waiting time before starting treatment can be programmed into the electronic control, along with three heating ramps and their corresponding plateaux.
The duration and temperature settings of the ramps and plateaux can be easily programmed up to a maximum of 1100 °C.
Up to 5 programmes (3 with ramps and 1 direct) can be stored in memory.
These furnaces also have an end-of-programme buzzer, a “door open” detector and a system for detecting breaks in the thermo couple.
