PREPARATION OF MODELS <\/p>\n
Cut the palatine cavity with a scapel as much as possible on the plane of the dish. <\/p>\n
CLEANING THE MODEL <\/p>\n
Once the plaster is hard, remove the white expulsion plate and clean off any surplus plaster. <\/p>\n
INDIVIDUALIZING <\/p>\n
Dismount the bowl and wash it to remove any residue of wax and plaster. <\/p>\n
Dismount the black side arms holding the model. <\/p>\n
Remove the model from the bowl and place it on the white expulsion base. <\/p>\n
Press on it, and once the model is extracted individualize the stums required. <\/p>\n
Note: It is very important to clean dust , residues of plaster,etc. from the pieces and the rest of the model so as to prevent misadjustments. <\/p>\n
EMPTYNG OUT THE IMPRESSION <\/p>\n
Pour plaster onto the individualizer bowl and them empty the impression (on vibrator). <\/p>\n
ARTICULATION <\/p>\n
Fit the anchor buttons to the individualizer bowl. <\/p>\n
Set the opposite halft against the model and attach it with a few drops of wax. <\/p>\n
